Open a new image 70x100 with a transparent background.

Draw the outline with the model you can download above. Don't hesitate to zoom.

I leave you choose your own colors to have a personalized result.

Select the head.
Add a new layer.
Draw the cheeks with your paintbrush, choose round, size 6 and hardness 10.
